Good news — no! We don't use your credit score to qualify you. We simply look at your income‑to‑debt ratio. If you have steady income and the down payment, you can own land with us. It's really that simple. Everyone deserves a shot at owning land!

2. How much do I need to put down?

Less than you might think! Down payments start as low as $1,000 depending on the property. We structure it to be as accessible as possible so you're not draining your savings just to get started. And if you don't have all of the down payment up front, no worries — you can put down a percentage as a deposit and we'll give you time to come up with the rest. Contact us today, we have flexible options and we'd love to work something out with you!

3. What does the monthly payment include?

We keep it simple and transparent! Your monthly payment covers principal, interest, and a loan servicing fee ranging anywhere from $30 to $60. Property taxes may also be escrowed depending on the property. We'll walk you through the full breakdown before you commit to anything — no surprises here!

4. Will the deed be in my name?

Absolutely — always! The deed goes in your name at closing. You are the legal owner from day one. We don't use contracts for deed or land contracts here. What's yours is yours!

5. How fast can I close?

Pretty fast! Most buyers close within one to two weeks of submitting their documents. Once your deposit is in and your income docs are verified, we move quickly to get you to the finish line. We're just as excited as you are!

6. What documents do I need to apply?

Just three simple things — one month of recent paystubs, a recent utility bill, and a valid government-issued photo ID. That's it! And if you don't have one of the items listed, it's okay — just reach out to us and we'll work out a solution or alternative together. We're here to help!

7. Can I pay off my land early?
